We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on every purchase. If you are not satisfied, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will refund you promptly, no questions asked.
Email hello@testreadyusa.com from the same email address you used to purchase, including the test category you bought. We aim to process every refund request within 1-2 business days.
Requests made after 24 hours of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
